1. Call us FREE!
We'll chat about your product & shoot. What will make it perfect for you. How you intend to use them, whether On-Line or Print. Volume of work, etc.
2. Ship us your products
You’ll get an order confirmation email with shipping instruction. Carefully pack your best samples and send them to our studio.
3. We'll Send Quote for Approval
Once your product arrives we will contact you to further discuss your project and provide an exact quote! (No Surprises!) A deposit may be required.
To provide shoot instructions simply reply to your order confirmation with your instructions, shot list, sample images or reference websites.
4. Review. Pay. Download
Via Email, we'll send you a username and password to review your photo's. A separate email will be sent with your invoice. After your invoice is paid, you'll receive another email to retrieve your photo's. If you require any edits please contact us immediately..
Product Return/Disposal. Order Complete.
After your order is complete we proceed to return your products or dispose of them based on what you selected when booking your shoot. Note: There is a shipping fee to return your products dependent on the Shipper selected.
